MA/MS/ERYT500

Hilary is the founder of Indwelling, the founder & executive director of Healing Hearts. Through Indwelling Hilary offers personalized guidance as well as classes, workshops, retreats, intensives, and certificate programs. Indwelling centers around Sacred Counsel which is a form of holistic trauma responsive care.

As a guide, Hilary specializes in neurocomplexity (Levels 1 & 2 Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and twice-exceptionality/2e), narcissistic abuse recovery, depth psychology, complex grief, and trauma healing. As a profoundly gifted and autistic person herself, she brings both professional training and lived experience to her work with neurodivergent individuals navigating complexity, intensity, and belonging.

She has a master's in advocacy and political leadership from the University of Minnesota-Duluth (2012), a second master's degree in depth psychology with specialization in Jungian and archetypal studies (2019), and a third master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University (2026). Hilary is currently completing her PhD in Psychology at Walden University.

Hilary is a member of the Minnesota Jung Association, a member of the Fascia Research Society, and a member of the American Counseling Association. She lives in Duluth with her daughter and their two black cats near the shore of Lake Superior. When she’s not engaged in teaching or guiding, she enjoys camping, foraging, traveling, and spending time in nature.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

“Hilary is a spiritual badass in my book. A fierce energy in the best possible way. Her ability to ask thought-provoking questions that take you beyond a surface level and into a bodily way of knowing is incredible. Processing our thoughts, emotions, bodily experiences, and past traumas (personal or ancestral) is scary. I think there can be nothing more valuable than having a guide who not only understands this and assists others in their darkest moments but lives out her practice as well. She is changing lives; I can promise you that. Are you ready for her to change yours?”
