Growing up in a narcissistic family system often leaves deep imprints—confusion, guilt, shame, self-doubt, and patterns of people-pleasing that carry into adulthood. In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how to recognize the invisible rules and roles of narcissistic family dynamics and begin the journey of breaking free from them.
Drawing from Dr. Ramani Durvasula’s groundbreaking book It’s Not You: Identifying and Healing from Narcissistic People, as well as somatic, psychological, and community-based practices, participants will learn how to:
Identify the hidden patterns of narcissistic family systems.
Release misplaced blame and shame, reclaiming a grounded sense of self.
Understand trauma responses through the lens of the nervous system.
Practice embodied tools for self-attunement, boundary-setting, and emotional repair.
Reclaim inner authority and reconnect with authentic identity beyond family roles.
This is not just an intellectual exploration—it is a holistic space for healing. Through reflection, guided exercises, group dialogue, and integrative practices, you’ll begin to dismantle the lingering spell of narcissistic conditioning and step into your own clarity, wholeness, and sovereignty.
