This workshop offers a holistic, somatically attuned approach to boundaries—designed for those who have navigated the disorientation of chaotic or toxic dynamics. Drawing from nervous system science, depth psychology, and lived experience, we will explore how to clear energetic residue, strengthen inner clarity, and reclaim embodied sovereignty.
Through guided practices, participants will learn to:
Recognize the difference between authentic intuition and trauma-based reactivity.
Reclaim clarity and sovereignty from chaos.
Develop body-based tools for nervous system regulation and energetic protection.
Unpack unconscious patterns of over-functioning, enmeshment, and projection using a Jungian lens.
Restore a felt sense of safety and discernment in relationships and communities.
Together, we will create a clean and luminous inner field—one where discernment is embodied, boundaries are alive, and energy is no longer drained by toxicity but directed toward wholeness, joy, and purpose.
*This workshop will be offered to women, women identifying individuals, and non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experience of women.
