From Scarcity to Sovereignty: Financial Feminist Workshop (January 2026)
From Scarcity to Sovereignty: Financial Feminist Workshop
Sunday, January 4 from 1-4P
Location: Indwelling Community Room
Guide: Hilary Buckwalter-Wilde
Investment: $79
*Workshop limited to 12 participants
Money isn’t just numbers in a bank account—it’s woven into our emotions, our history, and the cultural systems we live in. In this three-hour immersive workshop inspired by Financial Feminist by Tori Dunlap, we’ll explore the deeper relationship between money, self-worth, and patriarchy, while learning practical tools to create lasting change in our finances.
Together we will:
Uncover the Money Story: Explore how childhood, emotions, and internalized cultural messages shape the way you earn, spend, and save.
Decode the Shadow of Money: Identify unconscious patterns that keep you small, struggling, or self-sabotaging—and learn how to shift them.
Practical Wealth Tools: Gain clear strategies for saving money, paying off debt, and beginning to invest in the stock market.
Money as Self-Care: Reframe financial stewardship as a sacred, sustainable practice that supports your well-being and resilience.
Systems & Sovereignty: Understand how our economic system is rooted in inequality and patriarchy—and how reclaiming financial power is an act of resistance.
Circle in Community: Share insights, encouragement, and support as we practice seeing money not as selfish or greedy, but as a resource for good.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with both inner clarity and practical tools to begin building a financial foundation that reflects your values and supports the life you want. Managing money is not a one-time task—it’s a lifelong practice. This workshop offers the mindset, strategies, and community you’ll need for the journey.
