This 10-day immersive retreat in Peru’s Sacred Valley is a carefully held journey into the healing traditions and plant medicines of the Andes. Our time together includes Wachuma and Ayahuasca ceremonies, an offering to Pachamama with Q’ero tradition keepers, medicinal plant baths, tobacco ceremony, sound healing, visits to sacred sites, and individual healing work, woven together with intentional integration and reflection. Rooted in Andean cosmovision and held by experienced Peruvian medicine practitioners, the retreat offers spaciousness to reconnect with the land, the heart, ancestral wisdom, and your own unfolding process.

The Nuna Ayni organization is located in a small community called Pillawara, in the district of San Salvador, right outside of Pisac, 1 hour outside of Cusco in the Andean mountains of the Sacred Valley of Peru. Cusco can be translated as ‘the umbilicus of the world’, and is regarded by the Andean people as the spiritual capital of Peru.
According to local tradition, the Sacred Valley of Peru is a powerful energetic doorway. The people of this area can trace their ancestral lineage as far back as the Tiawanako people, who originated from the Lake Titicaca region. Lake Titicaca, the highest lake in the world, is regarded by Peruvians to be the spiritual origin of the Incan culture.
Luz Maria Ampuero (Perú)
Luz Maria is one of the Founding Directors of Nuna Ayni. She is a medicine woman that has been learning and working in the field of Peruvian ancestral medicines since 2001. She has participated in global events. Since 1998 she works in the areas of dance and movement. Since 2003, Luz Maria has traveled internationally conducting various workshops and therapies, including Andean ceremonies and rituals with medicine plants, women’s workshops, among others. She dedicates her life to keep sharing the Nuna Ayni vision and the wisdom of our ancestors to create a new conscious on Earth.
Daniel Zevallos (Perú)
Daniel is one of the Founding Directors of Nuna Ayni. Since 2002 Daniel started his service and commitment sharing and remembering the teachings of the Keepers of the Sacred Fire of The Heart. Since 2006 he has been sharing the wisdom of our ancestors, locally and internationally, through a variety of workshops, therapies and talks, including biomagnetism, therapies to release trapped emotions and Andean & ancestral wisdom. He also leads journeys into nature and into sacred places with contemplative and inspirational purpose to awake our ancestral memory meanwhile we are walking back to the journey to our hearts.
