Step into the Sanctum—a sacred space designed for deep inner work. This retreat is an immersive journey into the shadow: the unseen, unspoken, and disowned aspects of the psyche that quietly shape our lives. Through a trauma-responsive approach rooted in depth psychology, parts work, somatic practice, and nervous system attunement, we will descend with curiosity into the unconscious layers of Self.

In this container, you will:

  • Explore parts work to meet and integrate the fragmented aspects of your inner world.

  • Engage in somatic practices that ground the body and regulate the nervous system, creating safety for deeper exploration.

  • Learn tools for energetic discernment and boundary restoration, essential for moving through life with clarity and sovereignty.

  • Participate in guided rituals and reflective practices that honor both shadow and light, making space for wholeness.

This is not about fixing or transcending yourself—it is about turning toward what has been exiled with compassion, curiosity, and courage. By entering the depths, you will return with more freedom, vitality, and presence.

Camp Amnicon:

The lodge at Camp Amnicon has a beautiful central fireplace with seating area, small kitchen area, sauna, access to coffee and tea all day, indoor bathrooms and showers, and two bunk rooms. There are a myriad of hiking trails and access to Lake Superior and the Amnicon River—an incredible retreat destination in the heart of the South Shore wilderness.

*Private cabins may be available. Please contact Camp Amnicon directly to check availability.

This retreat will include a morning practice such as yoga, free time for rest and reflection, and workshops with Indwelling Guides. We will also have massage therapists on site.

The retreat cost includes breakfast, which is provided by Indwelling. For dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, please bring a potluck item. This is a beautiful way to care for each other with nourishing food and also keeps the retreat cost at a reasonable price.
